At CIRCLE Women Association, we are scaling programs that enable young women to build skills, livelihoods, and sustainable futures. To support this growth, we are looking for an Assistant Manager – Marketing to strengthen our digital presence, campaigns, and community engagement.
This role is ideal for a marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and who is excited to work at the intersection of EdTech, Fintech, and women’s economic empowerment.
What you’ll work on:
• Integrated marketing strategies focused on awareness, acquisition, and engagement
• Digital and growth campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Paid media optimization and performance tracking
• Short-form, value-driven content and storytelling
• Cross-team collaboration with programs, product, and creative teams
Who we’re looking for:
• 4–6 years of relevant marketing experience
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, analytics, and performance marketing
• Experience with content calendars, campaigns, and stakeholder coordination
• A balance of creativity, empathy, and data-driven decision-making
