Mughal Iron & Steel Industries Limited is seeking a proactive and analytical Assistant Manager – Business Development to join our team at the Head Office.

If you have a strong command of market intelligence, enjoy field exposure, and can translate insights into business growth opportunities, this role is for you.

🔍 Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive market visits across assigned routes with in-depth knowledge of customers, locations, and competitor activity.
Develop relationships with non-active and potential customers to unlock future business opportunities.
Monitor and report competitor brands available at customer godowns and ensure strong visibility of Mughal products.
Evaluate customer financial standing and promptly flag any risk indicators to the sales team.
Identify, assess, and pursue new business opportunities in existing and untapped markets.
Analyze market data to assess market share and recommend actionable growth strategies.
Review branding visibility (billboards, shops, and godowns) and coordinate improvements with relevant teams.
Support senior management in strategic planning to strengthen and expand the customer network.

🎓 Qualifications
BBA / MBA / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, or a related discipline.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in business development, market intelligence, marketing analytics, or market research.

💼 Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to convert market insights into business-focused recommendations.
Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and analytical tools is an added advantage.
High attention to detail with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
