Position: Assistant Manager Accounts
Location: Lahore
Group: Access Group of Companies

Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with local banks for limits renewal, L/C opening, retirement, clearing documents, remittances, and advance payments.
• Coordinate with banks for timely disbursements.
• Verify customs duties and ensure accurate documentation for shipment clearance.
• Record and manage landed costs of imported materials.
• Prepare monthly markup expense reports and quarterly/annual financial reports for banks.
• Verify interbank fund transfer vouchers on a daily basis.
• Manage end-to-end accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle sales tax and income tax filings in accordance with FBR regulations.
• Manage payroll processing, payroll taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Prepare, verify, and submit tax challans within prescribed deadlines.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist the Manager Accounts in budgeting and financial analysis.

Requirements:
• Qualification: MBA/M.Com/CMA/ACCA/CA (Inter)
• Experience: 4-6 years in Beverage, FMCG, or Engineering companies.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and banking procedures.
