Indus Motor Company Limited is looking for a motivated and technically sound Assistant Manager to join our Production Engineering (Assembly) team. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy working at the intersection of design, execution, and on-site project coordination.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
- CAD modeling for layout planning and equipment design
- Material calculations and BOQ preparation
- Budgeting and planning for engineering projects
- On-site job execution with local contractors and international equipment suppliers
- Coordination with equipment maker supervisors during installation and execution
- Vendor coordination and negotiation support
- Project documentation and reporting using MS Excel and PowerPoint

🎓 What You Bring
- BE in Mechanical, Industrial, or Automotive Engineering
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills
