Description:
We are seeking a competent, disciplined, and well-organized Assistant Manager – Administration & Security to support and enhance administrative operations and workplace security. The role requires coordination across departments, supervision of staff, compliance enforcement, and ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage office facilities, assets, inventory, and vendor coordination
· Supervise, train, roster, and support administrative and security staff
· Implement security protocols, ensure compliance, and emergency readiness
· Streamline daily operations, logistics, travel, and internal coordination
· Support budgeting, procurement, invoicing, and cost control
· Maintain records, prepare reports, and resolve admin/security issues
· Represent administration in senior management’s absence when required
Required Qualifications & Skills
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
· Master’s degree will be given preference.
· Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in administration, facilities, or security management
· Experience in a corporate or group-level organization preferred
