Assistant Manager

Description:

Amros Pharmaceuticals is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Quality Control (Pharma) to manage and oversee quality control activities, ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards, review QC documentation, and support testing, validation, and release of pharmaceutical products in line with quality requirements.

Qualification:

• M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc (Chemistry or relevant discipline)
• 6–8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Quality Control
• Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and regulatory guidelines
• Good leadership and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee routine QC testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements
• Review and approve analytical data, SOPs, and reports
• Handle deviations, OOS, OOT, and CAPA
• Support audits, inspections, and method validation activities
• Guide and train QC team members
