Human Capital HR Solutions (HC) is hiring for a well-known client in the Packaging Industry. We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Administration to handle daily administrative activities and support office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
• Handle vendors, contracts, and office services
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Coordinate logistics, utilities, transport, and security
• Maintain records and administrative reports
• Support management in planning and execution
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3–6 years of relevant experience (manufacturing/packaging preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to work independently
