About
We are seeking a technically skilled and proactive Assistant Manager – Networks / Cybersecurity to lead and support network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed security service operations across our client environments. The role involves working with enterprise-grade solutions from Fortinet, Sophos, Bitdefender, Huawei, and Cisco, ensuring secure, optimised, and compliant network performance for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage secure network infrastructures for corporate and industrial clients.
Configure and administer firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security (Fortinet, Sophos, Bitdefender, Huawei).
Monitor network performance and security events using SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management tools to ensure optimal security and compliance.
Plan and execute security policies, backup & disaster recovery strategies.
Manage firewall rules, segmentation, and traffic policies to align with client security postures and ensure optimal network security.
Perform periodic risk assessments, penetration testing, and incident response coordination.
Prepare documentation for network diagrams, change logs, and audit compliance.
Could you collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement system upgrades and resolve any issues that may arise?
Candidate Requirements

Education:
BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

Certifications (Preferred):
Fortinet NSE 4 or above
Sophos Certified Engineer
CCNA / CCNP / HCIA / HCIP
CompTIA Security+ / CEH

Experience:
3–6 years in enterprise networks, firewall management, or cybersecurity operations.

Technical Skills:
Firewall configuration & monitoring (Fortinet, Sophos, Huawei), VPNs, VLANs, Routing & Switching, Endpoint Protection & EDR (Bitdefender, Sophos Intercept X)
Network Monitoring Tools & SIEM Integration
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical thinking, documentation, and client communication skills.
