Position Overview: Your expertise will keep our customers confident through smart troubleshooting, exceptional support, and technical clarity. You'll oversee after-sales operations, handle customer inquiries, coordinate repairs and replacements, and gather valuable feedback for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:
B-Tech or DAE in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
4-5 years of after-sales or claim-handling experience
Strong technical understanding of lead-acid batteries or manufacturing systems

Excellent problem-solving skills and customer communication
Ability to coordinate effectively with service and dealer teams
