Assistant Manager

 

Description:

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to oversee end-to-end bookkeeping, financial reporting, and client account management. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in QuickBooks, Bill.com, and US accounting practices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and reconciliation of client accounts.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Supervise the bookkeeping team and ensure accuracy in financial data.
  • Coordinate with US-based clients for reporting and queries.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in finance and bookkeeping.
  • Hands-on experience in QuickBooks & Bill.com is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
