J7 Emporium is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Manager – Customer Care to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage client relationships efficiently.
📍 Location: J7 Emporium, B17 Islamabad (candidates residing near B17, D17, or Wah will be preferred)
🕓 Experience: 2–3 years in customer service, front desk, or client relationship management
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and resolve customer queries efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
Supervise and support the customer care team to maintain service excellence.
Coordinate with internal departments to address customer concerns promptly.
Maintain customer records, feedback, and reports for management review.
Ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
