Education:
🎓 Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
🛠️ 5–8 years of experience in utilities management
💡 SCADA/BMS knowledge will be a plus

Requirements & Skills:
✔️ Oversee operations & maintenance of utility systems (boilers, chillers, compressors, ETP, R.O.)
✔️ Plan preventive & breakdown maintenance with minimal downtime
✔️ Monitor energy usage, ensure statutory/safety compliance & drive efficiency
✔️ Participate in audits (internal, external, environmental) & prepare documentation
✔️ Manage vendors, service contracts, and AMC agreements
✔️ Handle budgets and lead team training
