Job Tittle: Assistant Manager – HR Operations

About the Role:
They are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Assistant Manager – HR Operations to join our team. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR service delivery with a strong focus on payroll accuracy, provident fund management, statutory compliance, and HR reporting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for operational excellence and the ability to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end payroll for 5,000+ employees with precision and compliance.
2. Oversee Provident Fund (PF) administration, ensuring full statutory compliance.
3. Handle core HR operations, including employee records, policies, benefits, and HRIS management.
4. Prepare and deliver timely HR data, reports, and analytics to support management decisions.
5.  Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance HR processes and employee experience.
6. Ensure alignment of HR practices with company policies and relevant labor laws.
7. Support audits and implement best practices to strengthen HR governance.

Qualifications & Skills:
1.   Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations, Payroll, and PF management.
2.   Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3.   Strong command over Payroll, Provident Fund Management, and HR Operations.
4.   Excel proficiency (8/10 or higher) with excellent reporting and analytical skills.
5.   Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and time-management capabilities.
6.   Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain
confidentiality.
