We’re looking for an Assistant Manager – Talent & OD to strengthen our people strategy by driving talent acquisition, organizational development, learning, and engagement initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership to shape culture, enable performance, and attract top talent.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to build proactive talent pipelines.
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, interviews & selection.
Lead employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
Coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth induction processes.
Design & execute OD strategies (culture, structure, performance).
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and manage learning programs.
Organize employee engagement activities – surveys, townhalls, recognition events.
Support diversity, inclusion, and wellness initiatives.
✅ Requirements:
Bachelor’s in HR or related field.
3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, OD, or L&D.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies & sourcing techniques.
Exposure to training coordination, content development & engagement activities.
Excellent communication, planning & project management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, LMS platforms & survey tools.
