About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager – SEO & ASO to lead our organic growth initiatives across both web and mobile platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of search engine algorithms and app store dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy: Develop and execute keyword strategies aligned with user acquisition and retention goals.
Technical SEO: Perform regular audits and resolve issues related to indexing, site speed, mobile-friendliness, and structured data.
Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to ensure all landing pages and blog content are optimized for SEO.
App Store Optimization (ASO): Optimize titles, descriptions, keywords, and creatives on Google Play and the App Store to boost visibility and conversion.
Link Building: Plan and manage high-quality backlink campaigns to improve domain authority.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and app store performance. Prepare performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements
4–6 years of hands-on experience in SEO and ASO, ideally with high-traffic websites or consumer-focused mobile apps.
Proficient in tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and AppTweak or AppFollow.
Solid understanding of Firebase Analytics, Google Search Console, and app store ranking factors.
Experience working in Fintech, Marketplaces, or Consumer App industries is a strong plus.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
