Description:

Kohinoor Mills Apparel Division is seeking a talented and motivated Assistant Manager PPC (After Wash) to join their growing team. This role is critical in ensuring that post-wash production processes are smooth, efficient, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with practical experience in production planning and control, especially in the apparel after-wash segment.

The Assistant Manager will work closely with the production team to coordinate workflows, optimize scheduling, and ensure timely delivery of finished products while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules for after-wash operations

• Ensure smooth workflow across all post-wash processes

• Analyze production data and optimize resource utilization

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency

• Monitor quality standards and implement corrective measures when needed

• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficiency initiatives

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in production planning & control

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of apparel after-wash processes preferred

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely completion

• Effective communication and coordination skills

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
