Assistant Manager

Description:

Jubilee Corporation is looking for a driven and experienced 𝗔𝗠 – 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 to join our dynamic team in Karachi.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Identify and develop new opportunities in the industrial/commercial sectors for LV & MV switchgear products
• Manage and grow key accounts through ongoing engagement and technical support
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets and expand market share
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions to clients
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients and consultants
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews for management
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events

𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 & 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱:
• Solid understanding of LV switchgear, MCCs, and control panel systems
• Strong industry network (manufacturing, infrastructure, consultants, contractors, panel builders)
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience
• Overall 5+ years of professional experience
• Must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (Engineering/Electrical)
