Description:

An established, growth-focused textile and apparel manufacturing group based in Lahore is seeking an Assistant Manager – Merchandising to strengthen its core merchandising operations. This role is ideal for dynamic professionals with strong coordination, communication, and execution capabilities who can manage the full product cycle—from concept development to final shipment.

The selected individual will liaise directly with international buyers, coordinate internal teams, ensure timely sampling, production follow-ups, and maintain strong documentation and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day merchandising activities with clients and production teams

  • Assist in product development and sampling

  • Maintain accurate documentation for orders, costing, approvals, and dispatch

  • Communicate effectively with international buyers and internal stakeholders

  • Monitor timelines to ensure prompt delivery and shipment

  • Coordinate with production, planning, and quality assurance departments

  • Manage inventory updates and order status tracking

  • Provide support in pricing, negotiation, and order finalization


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field

  • Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and follow-up skills
