Sapphire Finishing Mills is seeking a qualified and experienced Assistant Manager for its Electrical Department at the Garment Manufacturing Unit located in Raiwind, Lahore. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, operational oversight, and leadership to the role, ensuring efficient and safe functioning of all electrical systems and infrastructure.

As an Assistant Manager in the Electrical Department, you will be responsible for supervising routine and preventive maintenance, handling troubleshooting tasks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and supporting power and utility management across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage electrical operations within the garment manufacturing plant

• Ensure consistent preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems

• Oversee installation and upgrades of electrical equipment

• Identify technical faults and resolve them in a timely and cost-effective manner

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement

• Ensure strict compliance with industry safety and operational standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• BS in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university

• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment

• Strong problem-solving and technical skills

• Ability to lead a team and coordinate with other departments
