Description:

A growing technology group is looking for a dynamic, organized, and reliable individual for the position of Assistant Manager – Admin to be based at our Lahore office.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office administration, facility management, and general support operations.
Coordinate and manage vendor relationships including procurement, service contracts, and evaluations.
Handle project-level administrative support – documentation, compliance, logistics, and reporting.
Supervise housekeeping, security, pantry services, and ensure office upkeep.
Maintain and manage inventory records, asset tracking, and utility expenses.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and support the HR/Admin Head in audits and reporting.

✅ Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master’s preferred).
3–4 years of experience in administrative roles, ideally in a corporate or project-driven environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
Hands-on with vendor handling, administrative SOPs, and operational follow-through.
