Description:
Axelliant is actively seeking a results-driven and dynamic Assistant Manager to contribute to its operational execution and strategic growth initiatives. This role is a key component in supporting the organization’s expansion by working closely with the sales leadership team, cross-functional internal departments, and clients. The individual will play an essential role in aligning business strategies with actionable goals, enhancing sales pipelines, and strengthening market penetration.
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for executing sales and growth strategies collaboratively with the leadership team. They will manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems, maintain accurate sales pipelines, and assist in reliable revenue forecasting. Market analysis and the preparation of client-ready presentations will be integral to the role, enabling the company to approach prospects with data-driven strategies and polished proposals.
In addition, the position involves coordinating effectively with various internal teams during proposal development and client onboarding processes. Maintaining strong communication with clients and supporting key strategic accounts are critical components of the job, ensuring long-term satisfaction and sustainable business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement sales and growth strategies.
Oversee CRM data management, maintain accurate sales pipelines, and support revenue forecasting.
Conduct in-depth market research and create impactful client presentations.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to develop proposals and ensure seamless client onboarding.
Maintain effective client communication and provide support to strategic accounts.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
3–5 years of relevant experience in business development, strategy, or sales operations.
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
Must be available to work according to Pacific Time (PT) schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
