Assistant Manager

We’re on the lookout for an Assistant Manager – Yarn Purchase to join our team at Yunus Textile Mills!

Location: Landhi, Karachi.

- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Textile Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience within the textile industry.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage logistics for sales and purchases, including container placements from Punjab.
* Negotiate and finalize transportation contracts.
* Oversee the sale of fabric, yarn, cotton waste, and scrap.
* Maintain ledgers for fresh yarn sales and manage customer stock of dead or leftover yarn and fabric.
* Prepare and publish saleable lists.
* Compare received bids and recommend the best options.
* Draft and finalize sale contracts, take approvals, and share with customers.
* Follow up on advance payments, credit payments, and tax challans.
* Push customers to reduce waste and ensure minimal waste stock.
* Supervise team activities, support local sales operations, and handle complaints.
