Description:
Responsibilities :
• Coordinates with Department Heads in ensuring employee commitment to company rules and policies.
• Assists Manager HRD in ensuring a harmonious employee relation’s climate.
• Responsible for ensuring completeness and accuracy of all relevant statutory records, registers & forms.
• Ensures all employee benefits, staff facilities, and entitlements are administered timely and accurately.
• Ensures all relevant documentation, HIRS is on-line and updated.
• Assists in all manning activities as per the Manpower Budget.
• Communicates, counsels, and clarifies on HR/IR policies to all employees.
• Establishes an environment that ensures organisational commitment to employees.
• Advises, proposes and recommends systems and procedures to enhance performance & teamwork.
• Coordinates with Training Department to ensure training schedules & inputs.
Work Experience :
• Between 3 - 5 years experience in IR/ Administration in a similar position in a medium or large organisation.
• Experience in handling labour unions.
Required Qualification: MBA - HR, MS, M Phil
