Assistant Coordinator

 

Description:

This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant Coordinator. The Assistant Coordinator will support daily operations by managing schedules, coordinating property projects, maintaining records, and communicating with clients and partners. Responsibilities also include supervising project timelines, liaising with stakeholders, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient processes. The Assistant Coordinator will contribute to improving workflows and maintaining organizational success.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

-Support day-to-day coordination of property projects

-Track solicitor updates and follow up on delays

-Organise valuation packs and coordinate with lenders/brokers

-Manage and maintain all project documents on Trello

-Communicate with stakeholders and send project information

-Keep project tracking systems fully updated

-Assist with client updates and reporting

-Ensure smooth workflow and that no tasks or updates are missed

 

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in project coordination and administrative support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in scheduling and AI tools
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Capacity to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines
  • Prior experience in real estate, property management, or a related field is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline preferred
