Green International University invites applications for the position of Assistant Controller Examination at its Lahore campus. The Assistant Controller Examination will be responsible for overseeing all examination-related functions, ensuring compliance with academic policies, maintaining the integrity of assessment processes, and supervising exam operations in accordance with the university’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of all examinations (midterms, finals, and supplementary exams)

• Oversee exam scheduling, invigilation, paper setting, printing, and secure distribution processes

• Ensure strict adherence to academic regulations and examination protocols

• Coordinate with academic departments and faculty members for examination logistics

• Supervise the compilation and announcement of results, including rechecking and appeals

• Handle confidential examination data and maintain accurate records

• Prepare reports for audits and regulatory bodies as needed

• Train and guide subordinate staff to ensure efficiency and compliance

• Continuously improve examination processes and adopt digital solutions where appropriate

Requirements:

• Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor’s degree) in a relevant field

• At least 5 years of professional experience, including 2 years in a senior-level examination role

• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills

• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proficiency in MS Office and examination management software will be an added advantage
