Position: Assistant BTL Manager
Requirements:
- Providing support to the sales team with regards to shop fascia’s & shop brandings
- Issuing proforma’s to suppliers after approval from management
- Day-to-day project from conceptualization to execution identifying tasks to facilitate on-time and cost-efficient completion of projects
- Maintaining the relationships with the vendors/agencies for smooth executions of BTL Jobs.
- Managing Exhibitions
- Monitoring market activities (rivals).
- Provide reports, specifications, and creative briefs
- Ensuring timely invoicing
- Ensuring accurate reporting to line manager
- Ensuring proper monitoring of jobs during and after execution
- Coordinating with all vendors for execution of approved shop boards and instore brandings.
