Description:
Cybernet is seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Assistant Brand Manager to join our Marketing team in Islamabad. The selected candidate will play a key role in strengthening the StormFiber brand across the North region by driving promotional activities, developing impactful campaigns, and supporting business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute brand building and promotional activities for StormFiber in the North region.
- Develop and implement brand positioning and communication strategies.
- Conceptualize, plan, and manage marketing campaigns, events, and sponsorships.
- Research and analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to support business growth and sustainability.
- Manage consumer promotional activities and marketing events within timelines and budgets.
- Oversee production of promotional materials, advertisements, and social media content.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and business partners to ensure quality execution.
- Plan, monitor, and report campaign performance, including KPIs and ROI.
- Optimize user engagement across digital platforms, including websites, portals, and mobile applications.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Business graduate from a reputable business school.
- 3-5 years of relevant marketing or sales experience, preferably in telecom or ISP.
- Strong understanding of ATL/BTL channels, digital marketing, and consumer engagement.
- Excellent communication and content writing skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel locally as required.
