Assistant Amazon Account Manager

 

Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Assistant Amazon Account Manager to support the management and growth of Amazon seller accounts. The ideal candidate will assist in optimizing listings, monitoring account performance, and ensuring smooth day to day operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
  • Create, optimize, and update product listings.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
  • Track sales performance and prepare reports.
  • Handle customer queries and maintain account health metrics.
  • Support PPC campaign monitoring and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams for listing improvements.
  • Research competitors and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Ecommerce operations.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience or internship in Amazon account management is a plus.
