Assistant Admin Manager

 

Description:

LalQilla Lahore is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Admin Manager to support the day-to-day administrative operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will assist in managing facilities, coordinating staff, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth daily operations in alignment with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the administrative team and coordinate with different departments.

  • Manage staff attendance, duty rosters, and shift schedules.

  • Ensure proper maintenance of restaurant premises, equipment, and supplies.

  • Handle vendor coordination, inventory checks, and procurement of office/restaurant essentials.

  • Oversee documentation, compliance, and record-keeping.

  • Support HR in onboarding, documentation, and staff welfare.

  • Monitor safety protocols, cleanliness, and hospitality standards.

  • Assist senior management in implementing operational policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in admin or facility management (restaurant/hospitality background preferred).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and record-keeping tools.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
