Description:
LalQilla Lahore is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Admin Manager to support the day-to-day administrative operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will assist in managing facilities, coordinating staff, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth daily operations in alignment with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the administrative team and coordinate with different departments.
Manage staff attendance, duty rosters, and shift schedules.
Ensure proper maintenance of restaurant premises, equipment, and supplies.
Handle vendor coordination, inventory checks, and procurement of office/restaurant essentials.
Oversee documentation, compliance, and record-keeping.
Support HR in onboarding, documentation, and staff welfare.
Monitor safety protocols, cleanliness, and hospitality standards.
Assist senior management in implementing operational policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in admin or facility management (restaurant/hospitality background preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office and record-keeping tools.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
