Job Description

• Develop category activation strategies and plans ; focus on priority markets and customers.
• Recruiting and training of brand activation staff.
• Establish distribution networks for products via Modern Trade Channel, analyze findings, assist in product development within stores, and direct and evaluate the marketing strategies.
• Responsible for all trade marketing activities, in order to achieve approved annual volume, sales and profit objectives and high levels of customer satisfaction.
