Assistant Account Manager

 

Description:

Accountant to managing daily accounting tasks. The candidate should have sound knowledge of accounting principles and be able to communicate effectively.

· Hands-on experience with QuickBooks to manage day-to-day accounting transactions.

· Categorization in QuickBooks.

· Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.

· Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

· Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.

· Monitor and manage petty cash.

· Assist in the preparation of financial statements.

· Generate financial reports for review by senior accountants.

· Maintain and update the general ledger.

· Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

· Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

· Enter financial data into the accounting system accurately.

· Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
