Description:
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our dynamic team with a focus on healthcare and supply chain applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in exploratory data analysis (EDA), proficiency in relevant AI tools and technologies, and a demonstrated ability to develop and implement machine learning algorithms and neural networks for related estimation/forecasting problems.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand patterns, trends, and anomalies in datasets.
- Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms and neural networks for predictive modeling and forecasting in healthcare and supply chain contexts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the healthcare and supply chain industries to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to map healthcare and supply chain requirements to appropriate design and data management strategies.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science as they apply to healthcare and supply chain applications.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in AI engineering.
- Proficiency Python along with Hands-on experience with data manipulation and visualization libraries (e.g., NumPy, pandas, Matplotlib, seaborn) and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and Keras.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including regression, classification, clustering, and time series analysis.
- Familiarity with statistical methods and tools for forecasting in the healthcare and supply chain industries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, especially when addressing challenges unique to healthcare and supply chain datasets.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment within healthcare and supply chain organizations.
