Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a AI Research Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and specifically, experience with Generative AI models, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing Generative AI models, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and a deep understanding of linguistic concepts.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with model optimization, fine-tuning, and performance improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud-based AI services and platforms.
• Knowledge of distributed computing and parallel processing.
• Published research papers or contributions to the Generative AI and NLP communities.
