RG Blue Communications is on the lookout for a Senior Design Resource — someone who brings design precision, brand fluency, and campaign executional excellence to the table. This isn’t an art director position. It’s a craft-focused role for designers who can deliver high-quality visual assets across platforms.
Note: Only candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience in an advertising agency will be considered. If your background is in software houses, UI/UX roles, or product design — this may not be the right fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Translate creative concepts into strong, brand-aligned visuals
- Execute design rollouts across 360 campaigns — digital, print, POS, OOH, and more
- Deliver key visuals, adaptations, and multiple format variations
- Collaborate with Art Directors, Creative Managers, and Copywriters to bring ideas to life
- Develop presentation-ready layouts and print-ready files
- Ensure quality, detail, and brand consistency in every piece of work
Core Skill Set (Must-Have)
- Adobe Creative Suite expertise
- Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign — advanced proficiency
- After Effects, Premiere Pro — basic working knowledge is a plus
- Strong grasp of typography, composition, layout, and color theory
- Familiarity with design for digital platforms (social media, web banners, emailers)
- Experience with print production specs, mockups, and final artwork preparation
- Able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines without compromising quality
