Area Sales Officer

Description:

PEL is recruiting an Area Sales Officer (ASO) to drive sales and expand market reach within Karachi. This role is suited for highly motivated sales professionals with a track record of achieving sales targets and a strong passion for customer engagement.

The ASO will be responsible for executing sales strategies in the assigned territory, establishing and maintaining productive relationships with clients, and contributing to the organization’s overall sales growth objectives. The position requires hands-on involvement in sales operations, customer acquisition, and competitor analysis.

Candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and between 2 to 4 years of sales experience will be preferred, especially those familiar with the consumer electronics or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and convert leads into sales through strategic engagement.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

• Maintain excellent relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

• Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends to optimize sales tactics.

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Candidate Profile:

• Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant discipline.

• Demonstrates 2 to 4 years of successful sales experience.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Result-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
