JW Jinpeng is looking for experienced Area Sales Managers with a strong background in the automobile / two-wheeler industry to drive sales growth, market penetration and dealer network development across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Market Development
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual two-wheeler sales targets
Identify new market opportunities and expand the dealer/distributor network
Monitor competitor activities and recommend effective market strategies
Dealer & Channel Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors and key accounts
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing and branding guidelines
Conduct regular dealer visits, review performance and resolve operational issues
Customer Engagement
Drive customer acquisition and retention through effective sales campaigns
Address customer complaints and feedback to ensure high satisfaction
Organize promotional activities, test rides and local events to strengthen brand visibility
Operational Excellence
Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts and product availability
Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics teams for smooth operations
Prepare sales reports, forecasts and market analysis for senior management
Team Leadership
Lead and motivate the area sales team to achieve performance objectives
Provide training, coaching and performance reviews
Promote accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience in the automobile / two-wheeler industry
Bachelor’s degree
Strong sales, dealer management and market development skills
Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation abilities
