Area Sales Manager

 

Description:

Ismail Industries Limited is looking for an Area Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance in Jhelum through effective team leadership and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, train, and provide overall guidance to the sales team within the assigned territory.
- Set realistic sales targets and monitor team performance, motivating members to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Meet with distributors to align plans and improve return on investment (ROI).
- Travel within the assigned sales area to engage with existing and potential customers and build brand awareness.
- Utilize outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to close sales opportunities.
- Implement a structured sales management process to help the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven sales experience; FMCG sales experience is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams through a positive mindset
