As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and expanding sales operations in your designated region. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth, establish strong client relationships, and manage a high-performing sales team while ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed regional targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and market segments to drive growth.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.

• Analyze market trends and competitors to adapt and refine sales strategies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.

• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including forecasting and budgeting.

• Ensure timely reporting, compliance, and coordination with internal departments for smooth operations.

• Represent the company in regional trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events to promote brand visibility and product offerings.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a similar managerial sales role, preferably within FMCG, retail, or B2B/B2C sectors.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and expanding market reach.

• Proficiency in sales tools, reporting software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
