Propstar Technologies is expanding its creative team and looking for a talented Architectural Visualizer (3D Artist) to bring real estate projects to life through stunning, photorealistic visuals.

If you have a passion for 3D design, architectural storytelling, and high-quality rendering, this is your opportunity to work on international property projects.

What You’ll Do:

* Create detailed 3D models and photorealistic renderings
* Develop interior & exterior visualizations for marketing
* Produce walkthroughs and animations
* Apply realistic lighting, textures, and materials
* Collaborate with design and project teams

What We’re Looking For:

* 1.5 – 2 years of experience in architectural visualization
* Proficiency in SketchUp or 3ds Max
* Strong command of V-Ray, Lumion, or Corona
* Skilled in Photoshop for post-production
* Solid understanding of architectural drawings
* A strong portfolio of 3D renders

💡 Bonus Skills: AutoCAD, After Effects, Premiere Pro
