ReZAM Healthcare & Management is expanding its U.S. Medical Billing team and is looking for a skilled AR Executive to join our growing organization. This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience in U.S. healthcare AR processes and are eager to grow in a fast-paced, professional environment.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Follow up on unpaid and denied claims with insurance companies
• Analyze EOBs and take corrective actions
• Ensure timely claim resolution and payment posting
• Maintain accurate documentation and AR reports
• Coordinate with billing, coding, and front-office teams
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and U.S. healthcare standards

📌 Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
✅ 1–2 years of experience in Medical Billing / AR role (U.S. Healthcare preferred)
✅ Strong knowledge of AR workflows and denial management
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Detail-oriented mindset with strong multitasking abilities
