Medstrix Billing Services is looking for an experienced and motivated AR Executive to join our growing team in Lahore.
🔹 Position: AR Executive
🔹 Experience: 1–1.5 Years
🔹 Specialty: Mental Health / Behavioral Health
🔹 Work Mode: On-Site
🔹 Location: Barkat Market, Garden Town, Lahore
🔹 Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
🔹 Salary: Market Competitive
Required Skills & Experience:
✅ 1–1.5 years of experience in Medical Billing / AR
✅ Good understanding of Mental Health / Behavioral Health billing
✅ Hands-on experience with Office Ally, eCW (eClinicalWorks), and Epic
✅ Strong knowledge of payment posting and RCM processes
✅ Experience with AR follow-up, claim status, denials, rejections, and appeals
✅ Good understanding of insurance portals and eligibility/benefits
✅ Excellent communication and analytical skills
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
