Description:
Amnox is expanding its e-commerce division and is looking for a proactive Appointment Setter to join the team. If you have strong communication skills and experience in lead generation or sales, this is your opportunity to grow with a fast-paced e-commerce company.
✔ Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
✔ Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
✔ Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and messages.
✔ Maintain an organized database of leads and appointments.
✔ Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and appointments.
✔ Effectively pitch our e-commerce solutions to potential clients.
✔ Experience in cold calling or appointment setting (preferably in e-commerce).
✔ Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
✔ Ability to handle objections and build rapport with potential clients.
✔ Strong time management and organizational skills.
✔ Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
✔ Comfortable working night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
