Appointment Setter

Description:

As a Jr. SDR at Freight Genie, you’ll focus on outbound cold calls, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for our clients. You’ll work directly with business owners and decision-makers, helping grow our clients’ pipeline while building your career in B2B sales.

We’re looking for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience who are confident on the phone, goal-oriented, and excited to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Make a high volume of cold calls to prospects.
• Handle objections and book qualified meetings.
• Accurately document and share key prospect information.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call & meeting targets.
• Provide daily reports on call activity and booked meetings.
• Accept feedback and continuously improve your performance.

Requirements:

• Strong spoken English (near-native accent for US/Canadian prospects).
• Comfortable making cold calls.
• Goal-oriented and willing to learn cold calling.
• Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in sales / appointment setting.
• Reliable internet and quiet work environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
