Role Description

This is a Full-time, on-site role for an Appointment Setter located in Bahria Town ,Rawalpindi. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for setting appointments, scheduling, lead generation, effective communication with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and ensuring a seamless process for lead conversion.

 

Qualifications

  • Skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Communication
  • Customer Service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with CRM software is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education is a plus
