Eranix Digital is hiring energetic and persistent Cold Callers / Appointment Setters to assist in generating qualified leads for its sales team. The ideal candidates will have fluent English communication skills and the resilience to thrive in a high-rejection outreach role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to U.S. and international prospects.

• Introduce company services including Amazon FBA, Shopify, Social Media Marketing, and App Development.

• Secure qualified appointments for the sales team.

• Maintain daily call records and follow-up logs.

• Consistently hit outreach and appointment-setting KPIs.

Requirements:

• Fluent English with a neutral or American accent.

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

• Ability to handle objections and rejections with persistence.

• Prior experience in outbound calling and lead generation.
