As an Appointment Setter, you will play a vital role in the company’s business development process by identifying potential clients, initiating outreach, and setting up discovery calls and demos for the senior sales team. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify and reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling

• Leverage sales tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and HubSpot for lead management and qualification

• Clearly articulate Markeltree’s digital service offerings to prospective clients

• Schedule discovery calls and product demos for senior sales representatives

• Maintain up-to-date records within CRM systems to track client interactions and lead statuses

• Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to support campaigns and messaging sequences

• Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize outreach strategies for improved results

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also welcome)

• Familiarity with outbound sales practices, CRM systems, and lead-gen platforms

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational abilities and a goal-oriented mindset

• A genuine interest in technology, digital services, and customer success
