Apparel Designer

We’re looking for a designer who lives at the intersection of creativity and production reality.

At Stitch N Scale, we don’t just design - we develop garments that actually make it through sampling, sourcing, and production without losing the original vision. That requires a specific kind of person.

What we need:

You can sketch and flat-draw a garment and write the tech pack that gets it made correctly the first time. You understand why a sample comes back wrong — and how to write revision notes that fix it. You’ve communicated with factories, not just design teams.

You should have:

• Apparel design skills (flats, CAD, Adobe Illustrator or equivalent)

• Tech pack creation — full BOM, graded specs, seam callouts, placement diagrams

• Working knowledge of garment construction and manufacturing

• Experience communicating with factories or sampling teams

• Bonus: knowledge of print techniques, fabric sourcing, or textile background
