Apac Regional Sales Manager

We are working with a leading interior Aircraft organization who are championing across a global matrix. After a huge growth after the ending of the pandemic, the organization has a very niche product line and demand is increasing. Sales are generating significantly from the the UK Head office, and being constantly coordinated from Europe to the manufacturing sites in Malaysia. The stakeholders are seeing the potential for an entirely new clientele across North America.

Based on this, the organization is looking to mirror this success in America. Our client is therefore seeking our help to source a talented and ambitious Regional Sales Manager. This person will be responsible for raising the client base from the ground up, using their sales skills to generate new business and gain successful pipeline.

The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy

Experience in sales within aircraft interior is vital for this role.

Requirements:

• 5 years experience working within an Aircraft Interiors environment
• Experience creating go-to-market and growth strategies
• A 'hunter' mentality, with experience in winning new accounts
• Ability to work individually as an individual contributor
• OEM's and Airlines account management experience
