Requirements:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in game development
- Proficiency in Unity and Unreal Engine for mobile game development
- Strong 3D animation skills using software like Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max
- Solid programming skills in languages such as C++, C#, or JavaScript
- Experience in game marketing, including collaborating with influencers, utilizing social media, and attending industry events
- Creativity, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to new tools and technologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Passion for gaming, including familiarity with various genres, platforms, and trends

Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging and visually stunning mobile games using Unity or Unreal Engine
- Create high-quality 3D animations and assets for game characters, environments, and UI elements
- Collaborate with other team members on game design, mechanics, and monetization strategies
- Optimize games for performance and user experience on various devices and platforms
- Market and promote games, working with influencers, engaging on social media, and participating in industry events
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality game projects from concept to launch
- Work hand-in-hand with our game artists and team leaders on building prototypes and final projects
- Integrate Web3 SDKs to incorporate blockchain-based features and functionality into game projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to game functionality, performance, and compatibility
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes
