Android Developer

Description:

• Experience working in an environment that requires coordination between Engineering, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure and Product Management.

Technical Requirements:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.

• Minimum 2-3 year of experience in coding and building consumer-facing apps.

• Strong knowledge in Android platforms, android studio, gradle.

• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

• Good exposure of Kotlin and Solid knowledge in Java and object oriented programming in general.

• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.

• Layout designing experience (taking into account Android good practices).

• Knowledge on the basic components of Android (activities, services, fragments, broadcast receivers, content provider, Async tasks, handler).

• Have published at least three original Android app.

• Experience with offline storage, managing local cache, SQLITE database rooms.

• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON.

• Experience of implementing client-server communication mainly through REST or SOAP.

• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.

• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.

• Must have used Git Hub or Bitbucket.
